 What is included in the price of each product?

 All frames come with a protective case and a microfiber cloth to take care of your new glasses. We also offer you free shipping and free returns in the continental US and Europe 

 

How fast I will get my order?

Once we have all the necessary information from you, we will process the order as quickly as we can. The whole process should take between 5 and 7 days.

Once your Glints frames are fitted and ready to go, we will use USPS service for American orders or Coliposte service for Europe to deliver them to your door.

And we will, of course keep you updated via email about the delivery of your order.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We will try to do our best to accommodate your wish to cancel or to change your order, if you contact us at contact@glints.london within 24 hours from the time you purchased from our website.

 

Can you provide prescription lenses?

For the moment we cannot provide you with prescription lenses but are working on offering this service soon. Let us know if you are interested with such a service, we are always curious to know what you would like to see from us in the coming future.

 

Do you do eye tests?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an eye test. However, we are working hard to be able to provide this service in the future and we will keep you updated.

 

What makes Glints frames different?We are passionate about eyewear and we believe that frames should be comfortable, durable and beautiful. We design all Glints glasses in-house and they are all handmade in Japan. We chose to use only the best Japanese acetate to make Glints frames. We also use only Japanese screws and hinges for their utmost quality and durability.

 

Where can I see your frames?

We will let you know where you can see our frames as we are working on developing our stockiest list

 

Do you have any warranty on your products?

We offer a 2-year no-scratch guarantee for our sun lenses

 

What are the accepted methods of payment?

You can pay with all major credit or debit cards via Paypal.

 

Will I get a detailed invoice?

We will send you a detailed invoice by email when your order is shipped. Moreover, we will include the printed invoice in your order. The invoice will include information about the frame you are ordering, the pricing and any extras (if applicable – in case of stronger prescriptions, for example), the VAT.

 

Where do you currently ship?

We currently offer free shipping within Europe and US.

If you live elsewhere and wish to order a pair of Glints glasses, we do have a paid shipping option. An additional €10 will be added in the end of the checkout process for shipping.

We still offer full refund on returns but you will have to ship the frame back by yourself at your own cost.

 

What Is your Return Policy?

For our standard products, we offer a 14-day free refund – No Question Ask policy.

 

How do I set up a return?

Please send us an email at order@glints.london with your order number and details.

We will then send you the return label that you will need to print out and put on the return box. Please keep your proof of postage in case the item goes missing.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping is FREE for all our orders in the US and Europe.

However, if you wish to order a pair of prescription Glints glasses to be shipped elsewhere there will be an additional €10 shipping charge added in the end of the checkout process for shipping. We still offer full refund on returns but you will have to ship the frame back by yourself at your own cost.
